MedTel’s Call Recording systems can record a wide range of network configurations, Analog Extension, Digital Extension, IP end-point, hybrid telephony environments, web collaboration or web-chats, email interactions, Skype Communications, Public Announcement System and even Radio Communication used in public and safety industry.

The recording system is powered by a sophisticated web-service adapter that integrates to most 3rd party platforms such as CRM, CTI, IVR, and more; thus providing you with advanced data tagging and seamless connectivity.

HOW IT WORKS

MedTel’s Call Recording Service provides a Portal for employees where they can see their evaluated calls, playback the voice calls and even see the annotation and notes left by a previous employee or a manager.

Our Call Recording Software includes solutions for:

TDM Recording – provides a comprehensive call recording system in legacy Time Division Multiplexer (TDM) environment and supports integration with all major telephony systems in the market. VoiceCyber provides an array of recording options including 100% Compliance Call Recording, On-demand recording, Selective Recording and other options.

IP Recording – provides a true IP-based software solution supporting both Active and Passive Recording models. Some of the popular protocols that are supported in the market are Avaya , Cisco Skinny Protocol, SIP, MGCP and more.

Face-to-Face – provides voice recordings on an Android platform, connected via 3G/WiFi to a central recording system where all calls will be stored and archived centrally.

Voice + Screen Recording – provides a synchronized Voice and Screen recording to give a 360 view of employees activities. All recording will be tagged with comprehensive data information such as Date/Time, Call Duration, CallerID, CalledID, Employee ID* and more.

The system will provide flexibility for the user to playback voice only or voice and screen.
