Why Choose MedTel Services...
Reliability - MedTel Services’ products provide a high level of reliability to its service providers and end user customers. This reliability factor reduces the Total Cost of Ownership for end users and allows service providers to offer very high service levels, which equates to higher top line revenues and margins.
Flexibility - MedTel Services’ IP-enabled products and services, including the recently launched Cerato product family and the MedTel Cloud hosted VoIP PBX, allow its existing customers to benefit from the economies of scale, enhanced functionality and application integration enabled by IP. Upgrades of MedTel Services’ existing products provide existing customers with a cost effective path to realize these benefits.
Innovation - With the introduction of new product offerings, MedTel Services will enable customers to protect existing communications investments while upgrading to more efficient and cost effective technology.
#1 in Customer Service
MedTel Services, LLC, formerly known as Teltronics Inc., provides communications solutions to large global organizations in the private, public, and government sectors. MedTel Services purchased the majority of the assets of Teltronics Inc. on February 17th, 2012, which included all of the technology (including product names and know-how), most of the personnel (many of whom have years of experience with the products and the customer base), as well as the worldwide manufacturing rights to various switching and alarm management products.
Included in those products is the Harris 20-20 PBX switch, which Teltronics had acquired from the Harris Corporation in June, 2000. The 20-20® switch was already an established, fully-integrated voice/data switching system, known by customers around the world for its reliability. MedTel Services has continued to develop the product - known today as the Cerato VCSe 2000/9000 - so that it is now fully IP compliant. The flexibility of the 20-20 platform enables any legacy 20-20 system to be upgraded to the latest IP technology, including SIP (Session Initiation Protocol).
Headquartered in Palmetto, Florida, with satellite offices located in California, Georgia, and New York, MedTel Services provides telecommunications equipment, converged communications platforms, and software solutions to over 20,000 customers worldwide. The Company’s primary focus is the design, development, manufacturing, marketing and installation of PBX switching, converged communications applications, and infrastructure monitoring solutions. MedTel Services has a large installed base of products in the marketplace, solid distribution, and an excellent reputation as a provider of extremely reliable and stable products.
MedTel Services offers an array of products within the context of three primary product portfolios, these include:

MedTel Services continues to offer current users of the 20-20 switch the ability to preserve their investment, add high-end applications, and migrate to VoIP without a forklift upgrade. The transition to VoIP takes place in a controlled fashion without disruption of telephony services while converged voice and data networks are established.
Alarms Management - MedTel Services delivers a powerful alarms management system that offers best-in-class maintenance services to enterprise customers and to service providers managing end user networks. The vendor-independent Alarms Management product consists of two major components: 1) the remote agent, a device that monitors network elements, and 2) a powerful centralized management platform for the network operations center (NOC) to monitor and maintain the health of vital voice and data network elements. The alarm management products suite monitors over 100,000 PBXs, network elements and other electronic systems critical to businesses.
IP Telephony Management - MedTel Services offers high performance, standards-based, non-intrusive call quality monitoring and diagnostic probes that integrate directly into the Alarms Management solution. Performance metrics and system status can be displayed in Dashboard views, incorporated into Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and monitored for compliance, or used for trend analysis to proactively respond to impending fault conditions.
