This onetime 10-hour PIN (available for a one-time charge of $2,500) is designed for those customers in emergency situations who don't have a current Support Agreement with MedTel Services but require access to our Technical Support team. It is not designed to replace a support agreement and provides limited onetime assistance. Once you've completed a quick online credit card transaction - using either Visa or MasterCard - a PIN will be emailed to you. You can then call our Support department at 800.444.7434 from US and Canadian locations, or +1 678.581.8060 from international locations and enter the PIN when prompted.
